Who operates this site
automationsetup.com is operated by Paintercity LLC. If you want anything on this page acted on, use the contact form and say so.
What the forms collect
The free checker sends the site URL to our server for the duration of that check but does not store the URL afterwards. For each completed check we retain the time, whether a public lead path was found, a bounded failure reason when it was not, the number of pages checked, and whether a browser-shaped request was needed. That occurrence record contains no URL, email address, IP address, or IP hash. The contact form collects the site URL you want reviewed, your email address, the subject you pick, and your message. The checkout form collects the business name, email address, and site URL needed to create and fulfill the order. We also record a one-way hash of your IP address to rate-limit abuse. We do not store the IP address itself.
What we do with it
We use it to reply to you and to assess whether we can monitor the lead path you asked about. We do not sell it, rent it, or add you to a marketing list you did not ask for. We do not share it with third parties except the infrastructure providers below, who process it on our behalf in order to deliver the message.
Who processes it
- Cloudflare — hosting, request routing, and the storage the form writes to.
- Telegram — used to notify us that a submission arrived.
- Square — used to provide checkout and process the payment.
- Google Analytics — used to measure page visits and whether the inquiry flow is completed.
How long it is kept
Free-check rate-limit records contain only a one-way IP hash and expire within one day. Privacy-minimized checker occurrence records are retained for up to 180 days. Contact submissions are retained for one year and then deleted automatically. Submissions caught by the spam filter are retained for 30 days and then deleted automatically. Checkout and order records are retained for up to 400 days so the paid term, payment, fulfillment, and any later dispute can be traced.
Analytics and cookies
Google Analytics records page visits, basic device and browser details, approximate location, clicks on the main contact buttons, and successful contact-form submissions. We do not send the site URL, email address, subject, message, or other form fields to Google Analytics. Google Analytics may set first-party measurement cookies. We do not run advertising trackers. Cloudflare also records standard request logs as part of serving the site.
Getting your data removed
Ask, through the contact form or by replying to any email from us, and we will delete what we hold about you. Include the email address you used so we can find it.
