The service

Lead-path monitoring, provided by Paintercity LLC. We check the lead and contact endpoints you nominate, submit a periodic test through a real browser, verify the routes you nominate, and alert you through the channel you choose when a check fails.

What we do not do

We are a monitoring service. We do not repair your site, host it, or take responsibility for its availability. We do not guarantee that every possible failure will be detected, that alerts will arrive within a specific time, or that a third-party channel such as Telegram, email, or SMS will deliver. Monitoring reduces the time you spend broken; it does not prevent breakage.

Access you give us

You confirm you are authorised to have the URLs you nominate tested, and you permit us to submit test data through your forms for that purpose. We only touch what you nominate.

Billing

$49 per 30-day term, per site, charged through Square after the automatic eligibility check can load the nominated page and see a form or lead endpoint. The payment does not renew automatically. If the automatic check passes but the deeper onboarding review shows that the lead path cannot be monitored end to end, we refund the payment.

Cancelling

There is no contract and no recurring charge to cancel. Tell us if you want checks stopped before the end of a paid term. We do not offer partial-term refunds after setup begins, except when we cannot complete the monitoring setup described above.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to this service is limited to the fees you paid us for it in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for lost business, lost leads, or consequential loss arising from a failure we did not detect or an alert that did not arrive.

Changes

If we change these terms we will tell existing customers by email before the change applies to them.
